Service desk and maintenance services from 3Circle reflect the flexibility of an IT company focused on the SME market. We have a standard structure of support contracts; however these can all be tailored for a range of business needs and budgets. All contracts are focused towards minimising downtime for the most critical business applications, which may mean a combination of contracts across the network, supporting the core active hardware and software to a greater level than remote nodes.

With a principal of prevention rather than cure, as well as the more traditional Service Desk and onsite support services, 3Circle provide a number of monitoring and management support services including performance and usage monitoring, automated monitoring, security patches and penetration testing among others.

Cloud Solutions
3Circle offers Cloud Solutions including Cisco Meraki and Cisco WebEx. These can be cloud solution only, or a Hybrid cloud solution which comprises of OnPremise and Cloud elements.
