A project plan is provided from the outset to state pre-installation requirements and client approved objectives, culminating in a documented inventory of the completed network, a copy of which acts as reference for 3Circle maintenance and support.
Project Management
Project management at 3Circle is applied in a structured and methodical manner, stating objectives and criteria to be fulfilled at each stage of the project, and agreed with the client before further stages can begin. The principle of a solid customer relationship is key to the 3Circle approach, with the allocated project manager being responsible for meeting the objectives set.
Training
3Circle offer full and comprehensive skills transfer and training services. We have the resource and experience to train our clients staff and have found our bespoke training is preferred in many cases to ‘off the shelf’ courses, that may not take into account individuals own experience and goals.
At 3Circle we fully understand that a client’s needs, existing skill-sets and expertise on different products differ. We feel our experience across a wide range of IT products, help us to accurately judge a clients own understandings and enable us to tailor build a course to deliver to the clients expectations.
The courses can be either on or off-site and can follow ‘talk and chalk’ sessions breaking out to pre-built labs mirroring, either on your own network infrastructure, or one you maybe migrating to in the future. All courses are fully documented for you and your staff to take reference from in the future – should you require.
